Marketing Specialist – B2B SaaS
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our fast-growing team. You’ll be at the center of executing digital marketing campaigns, driving brand consistency, and creating content that fuels our growth engine. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and loves to turn ideas into results.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Plan, build, and optimize email marketing workflows and drip campaigns in HubSpot to nurture leads and improve customer engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to tailor content for different lifecycle stages (MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities).
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid ads.
Support the development of sales collateral including brochures, one-pagers, case studies, and presentations aligned with buyer personas.
Campaign & Event Support
Coordinate and manage webinars, video interviews, and virtual events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
Help launch integrated campaigns in coordination with the growth and product marketing teams.
SEO & Content Distribution
Work with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Surfer SEO to optimize on-page content, conduct keyword research, and track performance.
Manage guest blog partnerships and identify syndication opportunities with industry publishers.
Design & Brand Collaboration
Liaise with design to create compelling visual content for campaigns, ads, and sales enablement materials, ensuring consistency in brand voice and aesthetics.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social analytics dashboards.
Deliver regular insights and optimization recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and lead quality.
Cross-Functional Communication
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to gather insights and tailor messaging that supports campaign objectives and company goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content creation, or campaign execution.
Strong command of written English and storytelling for technical or SaaS products.
Experience using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), and webinar platforms (Zoom, Livestorm, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO tools and social media scheduling platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Bonus: Experience working in a startup or fast-growth B2B SaaS company.
